Will partner with a regional home health agency to provide home health aid, home nursing, hospice care to appropriate applicants to help keep the family unit together. Follow services link above for more information.
Healthcare services
Will partner with a local/regional Healthcare provider to develop an on-site medical office providing internal medicine, family medicine, pediatrics, gynecology, obstetrics, dental and vision care. Follow services link above for more information.
Food services
Will partner with a local/regional pantry or food distribution service to develop an on-site pantry for appropriate applicants to get groceries to prepare home meals. Follow services link above for more information.
Battered women & family sevices
